Roadworks Speed Limit Order - Inch Road

ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER
Road Traffic Act, 2004

In accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004, notice is hereby given that a Road Works Speed Limit Order has been made, on a section of the Inch Road in the townlands of Brackloon and Inch West, County Kerry, in the interests of Road Safety, as part of the R561 Road Improvement Scheme.

The Road Works Speed Limit to be applied is 50 km/h.

The temporary speed limit will apply from Thursday, 7 May 2009 and will remain in place until Thursday, 6 May 2010 (both dates inclusive).

50 km/h speed limit signs will be in place as follows:-

The first temporary Speed Limit sign for the R-561 is to be located approximately 1.5 km west of the village of Inch to approximately 625m west of its junction with the L-12133.

The second temporary Speed Limit sign for the L-12133 is to be located from its junction with the R-561 to approximately 235m northeast of this location.

Regard shall be given to any representations that are made, in writing, to Charlie O’Sullivan, 
Director of Service, Roads, Transportation & Safety Department, Áras an Chontae, Tralee, County Kerry, in relation to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.
