MATERIAL CONTRAVENTION OF THE KERRY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2009-2015

Notice is herby given, in accordance with Section 34(6) of the Planning & Development Act 2000, that Kerry County Council intends to consider deciding to grant permission (ref. no. 09/127) for the construction of a single storey dwelling and ancillary works with envirocare sewage treatment plant at Parkavonear, Aghadoe, Killarney.
The proposed development would materially contravene the objectives of the Kerry County Development Plan 2009-2015 and in particular Objective SS3-36 of the Plan relating to residential development in rural areas which are zoned Prime Special Amenity.
Particulars of the development may be inspected or purchased at the offices of the Planning Department (Room 13), County Buildings, Tralee, Co. Kerry, during its public opening houses (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.- Monday to Friday).
Any submissions or observations as regards the making of a decision to grant permission received not later than four weeks after the 4th August, 2009 i.e. not later than
31st August, 2009, will be duly considered by the Planning Authority.
Submissions should be forwarded to the Planning Department, Kerry County Council, Co. Buildings, Rathass, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
