The festival kicks off with a launch in Tralee Library on October 4th at 11am with a magic show and an animal roadshow.

Other authors who will visit different libraries throughout the month are Tommy Frank O’Connor (‘Kee Kee, Cup and Tok’), Grace Wells (‘Ice Dreams’),  Oisin McGann (‘Ancient Appetites’) and playwright Ken Bourke.

“The new library in Castleisland will also play host to a number of exciting events,” Tommy O’Connor explained.
