Throughout the bathing season (June 1 to Sept 15th) 21 beaches are monitored in Kerry . As far as bathing water quality is concerned the two critical parameters of interest are Escherichia coli(E Coli) and Intestinal Enterococci (IE) –all bacteriological parameters.
