Duplicate Documents
Where original documents are lost or destroyed, duplicates may be issued on receipt of the following:
- Application Form duly completed declaring circumstances of loss or destruction.
- Witnessed and stamped together with the following relevant fee:
Registration Book - 12 EUR
Vehicle Licensing Cert - 12 EUR
Tax Disc - 6 EUR
Trailer Licence Card - 6 EUR
Certificate of Roadworthiness - 3 EUR - Light Goods/7 EUR - Heavy Goods
