Local Plans
The Killarney Town Development Plan 2009-2015, the Tralee Town Development Plan 2009-2015 and the Listowel Town Development Plan 2009-2015 are extended until they are superseded by the relevant Municipal District Plans. The process for the preparation of the Municipal District Plans for the four Municipal Districts will commence later this year and details will be advertised here as the process unfolds. The Castleisland Functional Area Local Area Plan 2009-2015 and the Rathmore Local Area Plan 2007-2013 are also extended and will be reviewed as part of the Municipal District Plan Process.
Please note there may be overlaps between the Local Area Plans adopted under the 2003-2009 County Development Plan and Local Area Plans adopted under the 2009-2015 County Development Plan. Plans adopted since 2009 supersede Plans adopted under the 2003-2009 County Development Plan. See under individual plans.
