Proposed Draft Development Contributions Scheme 2017
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) that Kerry County Council, being the Planning Authority of the County of Kerry, has prepared a Draft Development Contributions Scheme.
When adopted this scheme shall replace all existing schemes in the County and shall therefore apply to the entire County.
- The Draft Development Contributions Scheme is on public display from 5th April 2017 to 18th May 2017.
Written submissions/observations should be made in writing and addressed to:
Noell O’Connor, Planning Department, Kerry County Council, County Buildings, Rathass, Tralee and marked ‘Submission / Observation on – Draft Development Contributions Scheme 2017’.
In accordance with Section 48 of the Planning & Development Acts 2000-2015 written submissions/observations made to the Planning Authority within the stated period and in relation to the Draft Development Contributions Scheme, shall be taken into consideration before the making of the Scheme.
Submissions/Observations must be signed and include the full name and address of the person making the submission/observation.
Submissions will also be accepted by email only to: planpolicy@kerrycoco.ie
Submissions or observations may be made by any person, group or association and from children, or groups or associations representing the interests of children.
The Closing Date for receipt of submissions/observations is Thursday 18th May 2017 by 5pm.
