TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations, 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close to public traffic the following street:-
Strand Street, Dingle from the junction with the Tracks to the junction with Green Street, Dingle from 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 20th February 2012 to 5.00 p.m. on
Friday, 2nd March 2012, both dates inclusive.
The purpose of the road closure is to allow for road strengthening and resurfacing works. The Tracks should be used as an alternative route and this will be clearly signposted.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same with the Administrative Officer, Roads, Transportation & Safety Department, Kerry County Council, Áras an Chontae, Tralee, County Kerry not later that 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 7th February 2012.
