EPA Audit Reports
The European Communities (Drinking Water) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 278 of 2007) require the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as the supervisory authority of all public water supplies, to undertake an Audit of these supplies to ensure that all Water Services Authorities, including Kerry County Council, are complying with the Regulations.
