Wastewater System Registration

The Wastewater System Registration Process was launched by Minister for Environment, Community & Local Government, Mr Phil Hogan TD on Tuesday, March 26th. Better known as the Septic Tank Registration Process, those whose premises are connected to septic tanks, or other wastewater systems are required to register their system before February 1st 2013.
Registration costs €5 for the first three months (until September 28th). After September 28th, the Registration Fee is €50. Registration lasts for five years, and there is no charge for re-registering your wastewater system in five years time.
