Kerry County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the development of Opportunity Sites at Fels Point, Cloon Beg, Tralee, County Kerry. The Council is interested in receiving proposals that enhance Tralee as a premier tourist destination, create a focal point for increased economic activity for the town and surrounding area and are in accordance with Variation No.5 to Tralee Town Development Plan 2009-2015 (as extended). Expressions of Interest are to be submitted via the eTenders website before 5.00pm on Friday June 26^th 2020.
