TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993
Notice is hereby given that in compliance with the Roads Act, 1993, Section 75 and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations, 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close the road as detailed below in order to facilitate the holding of the 5k Road Race Fun Run on behalf of Farranfore Maine Valley Athletic Club.
Time: From 11.30a.m. to 1.00p.m. on Thursday, 26th December 2013.
Road: The R561 Regional Road, starting at its junction with the N22 at Farranfore to its junction with the L-7002 at Firies East Cross.
Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Roads, Transportation & Safety Department, Kerry County Council, Áras an Chontae, Tralee, County Kerry not later that 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2013.
