The Inter-Agency Emergency Management Office in the South Region, on behalf of An Garda Síochána, the Health Service Executive South and Kerry County Council has, as required by European and Irish legislation, published a Public Consultation notice for the Upper Tier Seveso External Emergency Plan for the National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA), Tarbert, Co. The period of consultation is from Wednesday, 16 May 2018 to Wednesday, 13 June 2018 inclusive, excluding weekends and the Public Holiday on 4 June.
