KERRY COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council is proposing to close to public traffic the road as detailed below in order to facilitate the holding of the 5k Road Race Fun Run on behalf of Farranfore Maine Valley Athletic Club.

From 11.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 26 December 2017.
Road: R561 Regional Road, starting at its junction with the N22 at Farranfore to its junction with the L-7002 at Firies East Cross.

Any person having an objection to this proposal should lodge same, in writing, with the Administrative Officer, Operations, Capital Infrastructure and Safety Department, County Buildings, Tralee, County Kerry not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 5 December 2017.
