Responsibilities of Local Authority Members

The Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act, 1999 (as amended) requires Local Authority Members to furnish to their Local Authority by the 31st January each year a donation statement, accompanied by a statutory declaration, indicating whether or not during the previous year, the member received a donation, as prescribed in accordance with the above Act.

Notice is hereby given that the donation statements furnished by the Members of Kerry County Council in respect of the year 2017 are now available for inspection at the Corporate Support Department, Kerry County Council, Room 223, County Buildings, Tralee between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
