Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, Dara Calleary, and Minister of State with responsibility for Community Development and Charities, Jerry Buttimer, have announced the successful projects under the Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) 2025.

The funding will provide capital funding supports as well as current funding supports (to assist with ongoing running costs) to local community groups & organisations, particularly those who serve disadvantaged areas in rural and urban areas.  The funding is being administered by the Community, Arts & Culture Department in Kerry County Council in co-operation with the Local Community Development Committee (LCDC). 

Under the Department of Rural & Community Development’s (DRCD) Local Enhancement Programme 2025, €200,456.65 has been approved to support 201 projects in County Kerry.
