Kerry County Council bye-laws in relation to Blue Flag beaches in Kerry are now in effect for the 2023 summer/bathing season. They apply to areas which are under the control and management of the Council at the beaches listed in the bye-laws. The bye-laws do not, in general, apply to private property or to any car-parks or public roads in the vicinity of the beaches in question.  A copy of the bye-laws can be accessed here:
