Beach Bye-Laws 2022

Kerry County Council Bye-Laws in relation to Blue Flag beaches in Kerry are in effect for the summer/bathing season, i.e. 1^st June – 15^th September.

They apply to beaches listed in the Bye-Laws which are under the control and management of the Council. The Bye-Laws do not, in general, apply to private property or to any car-parks or public roads in the vicinity of the beaches in question. A copy of the Bye-Laws can be accessed here:
