Reclaiming Fee for Seized or Stray Dogs
If you wish to reclaim a dog from the Dog Pound the following fees apply:-

• €15 per day while dog is in the dog pound

• Microchip and microchip registration of a dog – €25
• Microchip Registration of a dog only – €15

Other Reclaiming Charges that may apply:-

• €40 if the Dog(s) are collected by van
• €75 Out of Hours charges, if Dog(s) are collected by van

• €300 fine for straying may be applicable

To reclaim a dog, you must produce a valid Dog Licence and proof of ID

Re-Homing Fee

• €50 fee for Dog (includes a microchip, vaccination and flea/worm treatment)
• €40 for Dog (includes a microchip)

AND

• €20 to purchase a Licence

Surrender Fee
If you wish to surrender a dog to the Dog Pound, the following charges apply:-

• Pup €10
• Small/Medium Dog €30
• Large Dog €30
• Greyhound €30
