Air Quality
Clean air is essential for our quality of life. While air quality in Kerry can generally be considered to be good, there are aspects of air quality in the County which need to be addressed further. Medical research has shown that there are direct links between air pollution and both short and long-term health impacts. In addition, poor air quality can have significant environmental impacts. In order to address these issues, there is a need to continue the implementation of policies and legislation in the area of air quality.
