The Estate Enhancement Fund 2026 will provide targeted small scale grant funding support to eligible residents associations/groups and community groups operating within Local Authority built housing estates in Co. Kerry. The fund is intended to support practical, community-led activities and initiatives for improvements and upkeep to enhance Local Authority built housing estates. Applications will be invited from residents associations/groups of Local Authority built housing estates to deliver small scale improvements to shared communal areas, community led activities or initiatives that provide a clear benefit to Kerry County Council Tenants.
