Kerry Film Bursary 2020

The Bursary Award is set as a grant and valued at €10,000 for 2020.
It aims to foster talent and activity in filmmaking in County Kerry and is generously supported by the Arts Office of Kerry County Council and the Arts Council of Ireland. The Bursary is for a short drama film of 10 to 12 minutes in duration to be shot in the county.

NB:
Due to the public health measures now in place to curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus we have made some adjustments to the application process, namely only digital applications are now required, no postal applications necessary. Please see adjustments in the 2020 application form and guidelines to reflect this. Information on submitting a competitive application has also been added at the link below. The deadline for submissions remains the same.

  • Mar 26th – Information Day – Anam Centre, Killarney, Co.Kerry
  • Apr 10th (5pm) – DEADLINE for submissions
  • May 8th – Interviews for shortlisted candidates – Anam Centre, Killarney, Co.Kerry
