NOTICE  IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  that Kerry County Council is about to make the Annual Rate on the rateable property in County Kerry.

The Annual Rate on Valuation for the year ending 31^st December, 2019, is €79.25.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 29 of the Local Government Reform Act 2014, the Base Year Adjustments (BYA) are to be applied for the local financial year ending 31^st December, 2019, in the following manner.

The Base Year Adjustment in Column 2 of the Table below, calculated by reference to the Annual Rate on Valuation adopted by the Council at the statutory Budget meeting of 12^th November, 2018, shall be applied as either a discount or levy to Rate Invoices issued to ratepayers in the specified area identified in Column 1 of the Table below.

The Rate Book is deposited for the inspection of any Ratepayer at the Revenue Department, Kerry County Council, Ashe Memorial Hall, Denny St., Tralee, and will be there for such inspection between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday) during the next 14 days, following the date hereof, exclusive of Public Holidays.
