Kerry County Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development of two designated Opportunity Sites at Fels Point, Cloon Beg, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.

Proposals for the development of these sites must align with current national, regional and local planning policies, objectives and strategic vision. In particular, proposals should have regard to the development framework set out in Section 3.1.7.5 of Variation No. 1 to the Kerry County Development Plan 2022–2028.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted through the eTenders platform no later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 25^th of September 2026.
