Kerry County Council Historian in Residence

Applications are invited for a Historian in Residence to support the Kerry County Council Decade of Centenaries programme.  This is a Contract for Service and there is a grant of €8,000 available, inclusive of all travel and other costs associated with the residency, funded by the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht under the Community Strand of the 2020 Decade of Centenaries Programme.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a minimum of 15 hours’ services per week over a 20-week period commencing in September 2020.   The person appointed will be provided with office accommodation at Kerry Library Headquarters, Tralee.
