Management Reports

As part of the Local Government Act 2001 (as amended), there is a requirement on the Chief Executive to prepare a report, known as the management report, outlining the work carried out by the Council during the previous month, including implementation of policy and provision of services. This is presented to the Members at the monthly meetings.

Additionally, at each of the Municipal District meetings, which take place on a bi-monthly basis, significant information is furnished to the elected members on the provision of services within their Municipal District, through detailed Directorate Reports. These reports contain significant information at Municipal District level.
