Notice is hereby given that the Draft Budget of Kerry County Council for the local financial year ending on 31^st day of December 2021 has been prepared and will be considered at Kerry County Council’s Budget Meeting to be held on 23^rd  November 2020 at 10.30 a.m. as a remote (on-line / virtual) meeting as provided for in the Civil and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Local Authorities) (Designation) Order 2020 (S.I No. 445 of 2020). A copy of the Draft Budget has been deposited in the offices of Kerry County Council at Áras an Chontae, Tralee, and may be inspected free of charge by any member of the public at any time while the offices are open for normal official business.  A copy of the Draft Budget will be supplied to persons requesting one at the price of €5.

Uimh. 445/220- Ordú 2020 ar an tAcht um an Dlí Sibhialta agus an Dlí Coiriúil (Forálacha Ilghnéitheacha), 2020 (Alt 29) (Údaráis Áitiúla)(Ainmniú).  Tá cóipeanna den Dréacht Bhuiséad le fáil in oifigí na Comhairle in Áras an Chontae, Trá Lí.  Is féidir le haon duine ón bpobal é a scrúdú saor in aisce, ag aon am le linn uaireanta gnó na n-oifigí.  Is féidir cóip den Dréacht Bhuiséad a chur ar fáil d’éinne a dhéanann iarratas ar chostas €5.
