Notice of Intention to Temporarily Close the R557 Finuge Road from 29/08/2022 to 16/09/2022 (inclusive) - N69 Listowel Bypass
Council announces proposals to close Listowel to Finuge road for bypass works
Kerry County Council has published proposals to close the R557 road for a period of three weeks to facilitate the construction of a new roundabout as part of the N69 Listowel Bypass Project.
It is intended that road from the Finuge village to the junction of the R557 and the N69 road will be closed to traffic.
Signposted diversions will be put in place for the duration of the works which are scheduled to be carried out between 29 August and 16 September.
The Council has published a notice today indicating its proposal to close the road and submissions or objections can be made on or before next Monday, 15 August.
