In accordance with the provisions of Section 20 of the Finance (Local Property Tax) Act 2012 (as amended), I hereby give notice that at the meeting of Kerry County Council held on 23^rd September 2019, a formal resolution was passed to the effect that the basic rate of Local Property Tax should stand varied upwards by ten per cent for the year 2020, in respect of the liability date 1^st of November 2019, as regards relevant residential properties situated in the local authority’s administrative area.
