Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Listowel Municipal District LAP 2019-2025 and Variation No. 3 of the Listowel Town Plan 2009-15
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 13(6) and Section 20(3)(e) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 – 2018 (as amended) that Kerry County Council, being the Planning Authority of the County of Kerry, proposes to make alterations to Variation No. 3 of the Listowel Town Development Plan 2009-15 (as extended) and proposes to make alterations to the Draft Listowel Municipal District Local Area Plan 2019-2025.
The Material Alterations are on public display from Thursday 25th June 2020 until Friday 24th July 2020.
