It is Kerry Council’s policy that every effort is made to assist borrowers who encounter difficulties in meeting their Loan repayments. If you are experiencing difficulties with repayments a meeting can be arranged with a member of the Loans Department to discuss your loan.

The process that we use to deal with Loan arrears is known as the Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (M.A.R.P). Please find below information regarding M.A.R.P. and a copy of the Standard Financial Statement.

As part of this process you will be asked to complete a Standard Financial Statement which will provide an assessment of your overall financial situation and ability to pay based on evidence produced (e.g. Payslips, statements from Department of Social Protection, evidence of loans etc.)

If you wish to speak to a member of our Loans Department, please contact 066 7183500 ext. 3359 or ext. 3910 or e-mail Housing@kerrycoco.ie
