Opportunity for Property Owners to Lease / Rent Residential Properties

Kerry County Council invites property owners to consider leasing their properties to the Council under the Social Housing Leasing Initiative. The Council is seeking to lease good quality new and second-hand properties in all areas where there is a housing need.

There are two options for property owners who are considering making their properties available:

1. Short Term Availability Arrangement (typically 5-10 years)

2. Long Term Lease Arrangements (10-25 years)

To apply for either option, landlords can register their property by completing the Expression of Interest Form and return same with the BER cert for the property.
