A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared and will be available for inspection, during normal office hours, at the following locations from Tuesday, 17^th October 2023 to Wednesday, 29^th November 2023:

• An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin, D01 V902

Submissions and observations, with respect to the proposed development, relating to:

1. The implications of the proposed development for proper planning and sustainable development in the area concerned;
2. The likely effects on the environment of the proposed development, and
3. The likely significant effects of the proposed development on a European site,

may only be made in writing to The Secretary, An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin, D01 V902 before 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 29^th November 2023.
