The Community Monuments Fund 2024 is now open for applications. Full details of the fund including explanatory notes and application forms can be accessed at https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/362a1-community-monuments-fund-2024-call-for-projects/#streams-1-3 Application should be made initially to the Archaeology Section, Kerry County Council and should be received no later than Thursday 1^st February 2024 to allow for assessment and final submission to the Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage by the closing date of February 14^th 2024. Applicants should be fully aware of the guidelines and requirements prior to making an application. Only fully completed applications as outlined in the explanatory notes and guidelines will be considered.
