INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR

THE SALE OF TURNKEY HOUSING UNITS AND/OR

LAND WITH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL TO KERRY COUNTY COUNCIL

Kerry County Council invites Expressions of Interest from applicants for the sale of Turnkey Housing Units and/or Development Land to the Council.  Proposals are invited from all areas of the County but particularly in the towns of Tralee, Killarney, Killorglin, Listowel and Dingle.

Relevant information, documentation and associated application forms can be requested by calling (066) 716 3593 or by email at [email protected]   Applicants must use the above mentioned documentation in making any submission.

Kerry County Council is open to ongoing proposals in this area. However, for this phase the closing date regarding receipt of applications and support documentation is 5pm on Friday 28^th July 2023.
